Dick Cheney says only he can decide on which records are to be public, which are his private ones.

Fine, then I think the courts should mandate that he must review each and every one of them, and then, in triplicate, validate which ones go where. He can hire staff out of his own pocket to review and organise, but not sign off with out his review of the documents.
I suggest they also mandate how many hours a week he should put in to get this handled, I'd presume a basic forty hour work week.

That'll keep the devil busy. Speaking of which, just what did this devil do while in office? Let's find out, by investigating it properly.

Here's one that's been bandied about for awhile now:

Unemployment rates are miscomplied, if compiled correctly they'd be more than twice the number usually reported.
